ORGL620 PROJECT PROPOSAL
This project proposal combines my passion for making the world around me a better place, with my purpose as a leader to help those around me achieve their goals, and key elements from my graduate program with Gonzaga University applied directly to my current organizational setting.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY
Leadership is a way of life with elements sewn through all actions, personally and professionally. A leader is honest, prioritizes communication, sets expectations by example and is seen as a catalyst for innovation. Authenticity guides a leader's actions, always behaving in a genuine manner, and approaching leadership naturally.
