LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

People must be included and want to share the same philosophies for the positive influence to have a valuable impact. Incorporating examples like those found in “Web of Inclusion” in addition to sharing these philosophies, and coaching each other as peers to travel the path of servant leadership would certainly create a positive influence for all involved. Practicing servant leadership leads to an authentic workforce where productivity is maximized and fun is finally associated with “work”.
Maximizing productivity and having the workforce enjoy it is what business owner’s dreams are made of and it’s not impossible, when you lead from a psychological perspective. Being able to identify what drives people comes from communicating as a leader and listening is a big part of communication that is often overlooked. Being seen as a communicative leader sets expectations by example. Other named ‘leaders’ will follow because it was rewarding and they will want to share that good feeling, that positive influence, with their followers. When the workforce feels good, rewarded and included, the business will prosper.
